Current projects under construction include new custom homes in Montecito, Carpinteria, Templeton, the Gaviota Coast, and Santa Barbara. Of note, is a recently completed, one of a kind, tilt-up concrete home in Montecito, and a rammed earth and weathering steel Teahouse Pavilion in Goleta, which received a local AIA Merit Award. The firm has recently completed a unique Environmental Science Classroom building at Santa Barbara High School, an interior renovation of Robertson Gymnasium at UCSB, and developed a Master Plan to revitalize the downtown area of Mammoth Lakes, CA. Pamela is providing in-house Interior Design expertise on several current homes and has continued to design and import one of a kind custom wool and silk carpets from Nepal for site specific installations.
